Clarence Jenkins, President
Clarence Jenkins’ relationship with the grape industry began 45 years ago at the age of 12, when along side his father he was shown the essentials of grape growing. From this first meeting, Clarence has had a vast thirst for knowledge. Over the past years he received a degree in viticulture,became a certified diesel mechanic, and took numerous viticulture classes at the University of California at Davis. He was also a founding member of Napa Valley Vineyard Technical Group. He currently sits on the Sonoma Valley Citizens Advisory Commission and Sonoma Valley Groundwater Management Plan. Since 1971, operating a family business called Madrone Vineyard Management, Clarence has farmed more 2000 acres and aged and new cultivars and his attention to detail in vineyard management is known throughout the valley.

Becky Jenkins, CFO
Since 1987 Becky Jenkins has managed the office of Madrone Vineyard Management. Becky is very involved in the community and the Sonoma County’s Grape Growing Scene. She was the president of the Sonoma County Grapegrowers Association in 2003, a member of the Sonoma Valley Vintner and Growers, a member of the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce, volunteer at the Sonoma Valley Wine Auction, volunteer of the for Dancing and Draggin fund-raiser, and founded the Sonoma County Pruning Contest. She was also awarded the Award of Excellence from the Women and Industry in 2003. She is currently an alternate for the Sonoma County Winegrape Commission Board. Through her community service, Becky became good friends with one of the historic women of Sonoma County, Joan Cochran, who left management of historic home in a land trust, and granting special rights to the Jenkins family to use the property and tend the vineyards.
Linda Hale, Chief of Daily Vineyard Operations
Linda Hale came to Madrone Vineyard Management in 2001, with a B.S. in Plant Science and Master Gardener Certificate. Having grown up in the Fresno area, agriculture has always been a part of her life. Under the apprenticeship of Clarence Jenkins she has learned the particulars of grape growing and plays a vital role at Madrone Vineyard Management. She responsible for employee selection and supervision, daily field operations including scheduling, all pesticide-fungicide applications and reporting, and client relations. Her close work with the Jenkins family has made her part of their extended family.
